Having been with Domicile for more than 37 years, Rick has worn many hats at Domicile in Finance, Leasing, Construction, Operations, and now as the Managing Partner. Rick has a nose for details and has been a key player on most of Domicile’s landmark developments. Domicile would not be where it is today without Rick’s contribution.

Julie Giraldo
Julie has extensive experience in residential and commercial property management and always puts her tenants first. Julie oversees all functions of the commercial property team and is critical to the operation of the portfolio.

Director Residential Management
Anthony has worked in property management since 2015 and has managed properties across all asset classes for both small landlords and one of the largest public landlords in the country. He holds a CPM designation with the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC) and has served in governance roles with both REIC and IREM. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto.
