At Domicile, we advertise and inform in many ways (magazines, newspapers, the Internet, signs, guest registries, and so on).

In the process, we collect personal information from our buyers and prospective buyers on a voluntary basis, be it contact information, demographic information, household information, preference information, or transaction-related information.

We only use your information as follows:

• To contact you
• To inform you of products and services linked to your home purchase
• To understand what our current potential buyers need or want
• To produce advertising or informational material
• To offer and promote our future projects.

We never sell, rent or share your personal information with other businesses or organizations, because we consider it to be confidential and provided to us in trust. We employ all appropriate measures to protect the privacy and security of the information you give us.

Finally, you can at any time consult and withdraw the information you’ve made available to us, no questions asked.

Smoke-Free Buildings

Since 2010, every Domicile project has been completely smoke-free. This feature was first introduced at our One3One condominium on Holland Avenue, and we haven’t looked back.

This decision was a commitment towards cleaner, longer lasting buildings, and the health and safety of everyone inside. We think that makes us a better builder, and our buyers citywide have embraced the feature.

As the only developer in the city to build entirely smoke-free, we stand alone.

Helping you buy your first home with Domicile

If you are buying your first home and need an insured high ratio mortgage to do so:

1. CMHC Fee Assistance – Domicile will give you a credit (against the Purchase Price) on the closing Statement of Adjustments equal to 50% of the CMHC insurance fee that you will incur for your high ratio mortgage; and

2. Legal Fee Assistance – Domicile will give you $1000 towards your legal fees and disbursements by way of a credit (against the Purchase Price) on the closing Statement of Adjustments.
