Since 2010, every Domicile project has been completely smoke-free. This feature was first introduced at our One3One condominium on Holland Avenue, and we haven’t looked back.
This decision was a commitment towards cleaner, longer lasting buildings, and the health and safety of everyone inside. We think that makes us a better builder, and our buyers citywide have embraced the feature.
As the only developer in the city to build entirely smoke-free, we stand alone.
If you are buying your first home and need an insured high ratio mortgage to do so:
1. CMHC Fee Assistance – Domicile will give you a credit (against the Purchase Price) on the closing Statement of Adjustments equal to 50% of the CMHC insurance fee that you will incur for your high ratio mortgage; and
2. Legal Fee Assistance – Domicile will give you $1000 towards your legal fees and disbursements by way of a credit (against the Purchase Price) on the closing Statement of Adjustments.
